Community Grants Application

Applications must be submitted by midnight on February 15.  Awards are made in April. You will be notified by mail and/or email whether or not your grant request was approved.
Please be sure to review the guidelines before submitting an application.  Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted.  All fields are required.  Please download the worksheet below to help you gather all required information before starting the online application as it must be completed and submitted in one session.

You may be awarded up to $2500 to help your organization with its mission.  We look forward to learning about your project!

Attach any IRS correspondence here describing your business structure, i.e., 501(c)(3), corporation, other. Browse and select the file on your computer.
Briefly describe the population that will be served by this project - i.e, youth, families, seniors, whole community, etc. Max. 20 words.
Please be specific about what the grant funds will purchase, what the project will accomplish, or what problem it will address. Limit: 100 words.
